KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals played host to the University of Pikeville for a double header on 2/15 where they split the two game series 1-1, dropping the first game 4-2 before bouncing back to win the second game 10-1.
Kenny Naysmith led the Royals offense, with 3 hits on the day including his first home run of the season. He also scored 4 runs on the day.
Andy Riley tossed a complete game in the second match of the day, only allowing 1 run and 3 hits in 7 innings.
The Royals play again on 2/18 when they travel to play their first AAC series of the year at Kentucky Christian.
