KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals traveled to take on AAC opponent, Point University in a 3 game series, where they went 1-2 on the weekend; losing 10-6, before winning 3-2, and then falling again 9-4.
The Royals offense was led by Seth Pressley, who had 4 hits on the series and an RBI. Rives Marshall also had 4 hits. Will Varner added a stolen base on the series, as did Brayden Taylor.
Braden Ott had 7 strikeouts on the mound for the Royals in 5 innnings. Connor Haley totaled 7 as he won his start with 8 innings of work before Kevin Ewing picked up the save.
The Royals play again on 4/5 when they host AAC opponent Kentucky Christian.
