KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals hosted AAC opponent St. Andrews on 2/23 and 2/24, where they were swept by the Knights in a 3 game series. The Royals would fall 11-4, 6-0, and 11-6.
On the mound the Royals were led by Zach Coots who had 4 strikeouts. Austin Mitchell and Mason Bell each totaled 3 as well.
Will Varner and Seth Pressley would lead the Royals effort at the plate with 3 hits each. Braden Ott led the team with 3 RBIs on the series.
On the basepaths Devan Hinton led the way with 2 steals while Will Varner swiped a bag as well.
The Royals will look to turn things around on 2/28, when they host University of the Cumberlands.
