KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals traveled to play Trinity International University at the Smokies Stadium on 3/7, where they lost 1-5.
Nathan Hoffman had 5 strikeouts on the mound, and Blake Courson added 1.
Tyler Phillips led the Royals at the plate with a triple. Will Varner, Tyler Shelton, Dallas Durden, and Devan Hinton all tallied a hit on the day.
Will Varner, Brayden Taylor, and Tyler Phillips each stole a base on the game as well.
The Royals will look to turn things around on 3/8 when they play Alice Lloyd at the Smokies Stadium.
