Robby Howard will serve as an assistant coach, focused on player development for the Johnson University baseball program. Coach Howard is originally from Unicoi County and played collegiately at UTK. Additionally, Howard was head coach at South Doyle for nearly 30 seasons, leading them to the state title game in 2007. Coach Howard is a member of the Tennessee baseball coaches hall of fame, as he is the winningest baseball coach in South Doyle history.
