KNOXVILLE, Tn- For only the second time in Johnson University history, a Royal has won AAC player of the week, with this honor going to Coby Jones. This is the first time Coby Jones has ever won the award.
The All-Time Leading Scorer for the Royals had a fantastic individual week this past week as the Royals went 1-2 in AAC play. Across those 3 games, Coby tallied an incredible 95 points, 23 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals.
Over these three games, Coby averaged 31.7 points per game and put up a 40 point 11 rebound double-double in Johnson's win over Point University.
