KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals are proud to announce that Miles Long has been named to the AAC All-Conference Second Team.
Long had a stellar individual season, in which he averaged 19.3 Points Per Game (6th in conference), 6.1 Rebounds Per Game (15th in conference), and 4.9 Assits Per Game (3rd in conference).
Miles achieved these numbers while shooting at an extremely efficient rate. He shot 47.7 percent from the field as a whole, while shooting a scorching 42.9 percent from 3 (3rd in conference) and 83.2 percent from the free throw line (leads conference).
Among these incredible statistical achievements, Miles Long also registered a triple double against Montreat, scored 43 points in a game against Bluefield, and was the first Royal ever to be named AAC Player of the Week.
It was an incredible season for Miles Long, and he is being honored for it amongst the best players in the AAC.
