KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals traveled to take on CIU on 11/5 for their first AAC matchup of the season. They fell to the Rams 78-91.
Nick Clifton led the Royals offense, scoring 34 points. Daniel Jackson and Miles Long each had 12 as well.
Nick Clifton also led the effort on the glass, pulling in 10 rebounds, securing his first double-double as a Royal.
The Royals will look to shift momentum in their next match on 11/8, when they host Union for their first home game of the season.
