KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals played host to AAC opponent Reinhardt on 11/19, when they fell to the Eagles 103-87.
Despite the final score, the Royals had cut the game close in the second half, as at one point they rallied to make the score 78-73. After this, the Eagles went on a tear for the remainder of the game and pulled away.
4 Royals were in double figures, as Nick Clifton led the way with 19 points. Orion Mashburn had 18, Miles Long had 17, and Parker Haun added 15.
Nick Clifton also led the effort on the glass, as he hauled in 8 rebounds on the day.
The Royals will look to turn things around in their next match on 11/22, when they travel to take on Bryan College, in another AAC matchup.
