KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals hosted AAC opponent Truett McConnell on 1/25, where they lost a tight battle with the Bears, 80-73.
Miles Long led the offense with 17 points, as he was one of 4 Royals in double figures. Daniel Jackson scored 14, Parker Haun added 13, and Emmanuel Atkins totaled 11.
Wes Bohanan led the Royals rebounding effort with 7, as the Royals were outrebounded 52-36 on the day.
The Royals will look to turn things around on 1/28, when they travel to take on another AAC opponent in Kentucky Christian.
