KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals hosted Bryan College for their final home game of the season, where they defeated the Lions 74-71.
Nick Clifton led the Royals with 17 points, while Miles Long added 14.
Both Clifton and Long pulled down 10 rebounds to secure double-doubles, as they led the Royals to winning the battle for the boards, 48-45.
The Royals also took time before the game to honor seniors Elijah Mollenhauer, Orion Mashburn, Gavin Grubb, Nick Clifton, and Miles Long, as well as Coach Brandon Perry. Each had their moment to reflect back on their careers and a special tribute video was shared for Coach Perry.
The Royals will look to take this momentum into the remainder of their season, as they travel to take on Montreat on 2/9 for another AAC matchup.
