KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Appalachian Athletic Conference Awards have been announced for men's basketball, and senior Miles Long was named to the Champions of Character Team.
Each team may select 1 representative who best embodies the values of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.
This year senior Miles Long has demonstrated these characteristics, on and off the court, and has been recognized for doing so.
In addition to Miles Long being named to the Champions of Character team, he has been named to the All-Academic Team. Wes Bohanan, Nick Clifton, Orion Mashburn, Jacob McDonald, and Calvin Quehl were all named to the All-Academic Team as well.
Parker Haun was also named to the All-Freshman team in the AAC postseason awards.
