KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals are proud to announce that Nick Clifton has been named to the AAC All-Conference First Team.
Clifton had a stellar individual season, in which he averaged 16.2 Points Per Game (9th in conference), 8.8 Rebounds Per Game (3rd in conference) , 1.2 Blocks Per Game (9th in conference) and 1.5 Steals Per Game (6th in conference).
Nick achieved these numbers while shooting a very efficient 50.2 percent from the field as a whole (9th in conference), and 75.4 percent from the free throw line. Additionally, Clifton had an incredible 12 double doubles on the season.
It was an great season for Nick Clifton and he is being honored for it amongst the best players in the AAC.
