KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Lady Royals traveled to take on Alice Lloyd on 11/2, where they defeated the Eagles 84-77. The two teams had previously faced off two weeks ago, resulting in a Johnson loss.
Hannah Jones led the Lady Royals with 19 points as she was one of 4 players in double figures. Sloan Carpenter added 17, Jordan Heifner had 14, and Talley Lawson had 11.
Gabby Beaty's 10 rebounds helped the Lady Royals win the battle on the boards 40-39.
The Royals will look to use this momentum heading into their next game on 11/4, when they host Lindsey Wilson.
