KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals have had a hot start to their season as they have won both of their first matches against Boyce and Alice Lloyd in straight sets.
In both contests, Jensen Davis led the way with 10 and 12 kills respectively. However, the Royals are a proving to be a lineup full of threatening players as in both matches, 8 different Royals registered at least one kill.
The Royals will look to ride this success into a 2 day tournament at Bob Jones Sept. 3-4, as they will play 4 games including their first against an AAC opponent in Columbia College on Friday.
