KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals picked up another AAC victory over longtime rival, and former NCCAA conference opponent, Kentucky Christian University (KCU).
This back and forth match saw the Royals drop the first and fourth sets while scraping out a victory in the third, before absolutely dominating the deciding set 15-4.
Jensen Davis led a balanced attack for the Royals, contributing 16 kills while Harley Shumaker and Kaitlyn Wilkerson each added 13 kills as well.
The Royals look to carry this momentum against their next opponent, St. Andrews, in a home game on Oct. 1.
