KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals are NCCAA Mid East Regional Champions! On 11/13 the Royals beat Alice Lloyd in straight sets to claim their first NCCAA regional title since 2018.
Kaitlyn Wilkerson led the Royals efforts with 12 kills while Jensen Davis added 8. Brianna Connaster added 18 digs while Hannah Lukey amassed 30 assists to help the Royals run away with the title.
Next up for the Royals is the NCCAA Division II National tournament. The Royals enter the tournament as the 4 seed. They will play in a round robin fashion for their first three games, as follows.
11/18 at 11:15 AM- vs #5 Faith Baptist College
11/18 at 6:15 PM vs #8 Maranatha Baptist University
11/19 at 1:00 PM vs #1 Bob Jones University
The results of these three matches will determine who moves on to the semi-finals on 11/20.
