KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals are proud to announce the addition of Tia Carter.
Tia Carter is from Concord Christian School, where she had 64 digs, and 19 assists this past season.
The Royals look forward to seeing Tia on the court with her new teammates in the fall of 2024.
