The department is responsible for all public and media relations pertaining to athletics, athletic department publications, the athletic department's website, statistical and historical record-keeping for all sports, and other promotional activities surrounding the athletic department.

INTERVIEW REQUESTS
All interviews with Johnson University coaches, student-athletes and staff members must be arranged through the athletic office. Interview requests should be sent to the athletic office at least 24 hours in advance unless the interview will take place after a game, match or other athletic contest. Locker rooms are off limits to members of the media for postgame interviews. However, interviews may be conducted on the field/court or outside locker room entrances.
STATISTICS
Johnson University uses PrestoSports Software to provide statistics for baseball, men’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s basketball, women’s soccer, and softball.
