Logan Sharp is entering his second season as Head Coach of the Royals in 2024. In his debut season, Sharp led the team to an impressive turnaround, improving by eight wins over the previous year and finishing with a 17-13 record. The Royals also exceeded expectations in conference play, climbing to 4th in the AAC standings after being picked 11th in the preseason poll. Under Sharp's leadership, the team reached the AAC semi-finals and secured the school’s first-ever NAIA post-season victory. His guidance also helped develop two All-Conference players and the AAC Freshman of the Year during the 2023 season.

Before joining the Royals, Sharp spent two successful seasons as the Head Coach at Eastern Nazarene College. There, he led the Lions to a regular season conference championship and a conference tournament championship appearance, earning NECC Coach of the Year honors. Throughout his time at Eastern Nazarene, Sharp coached four All-Conference players, including the conference Player of the Year. Prior to his head coaching role, he gained valuable experience as an Assistant Coach at Hartwick College and Eastern Nazarene over the span of four seasons.

A local standout, Sharp is a graduate of Alcoa High School and played four seasons at Bryan College, an AAC rival. He holds a Master’s degree from Eastern Nazarene, earned in 2020.
