Team Stats
KINGSPORT, Tenn. - All four higher seeds came out victorious on the first day of the 2025 WinWon Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Baseball Tournament.
The five-day event is being held at Hunter Wright Stadium in Kingsport, Tenn. (Directions)
WinWon is the title sponsor for the event.
Tickets are now available and can be purchased by clicking here. Single-day tickets are $10 per adult and $5 for students. Tournament passes are also available for $25 per adult.

Sixth-seeded Pikeville squeaked past No. 7 seed Columbia International 3-2 in the day's opening game. Austin Gurney lined a run-scoring single in the seventh to put the Bears up for good.
No. 4 seed Milligan used a four-run third to seize control of its game against No. 9 seed Bluefield en route to the 8-2 decision. Angel Lobo went 2-for-5 with two runs scored and two RBI.
Fifth-seeded Bryan held off No. 8 seed St. Andrews in a tight, 3-2 affair. The Lions jumped out to a 3-0 lead, but the Knights scored a run in the third and again in the fifth to make things interesting. However, pitchers Jacob Almon and Tanner Everett combined to strike out 13 batters to keep St. Andrews at bay.
In the day's finale, No. 3 seed Johnson got off to a quick start with a three-run first, which included a Travis Hobbensiefken solo home run. Bryson Shown finished with three RBI as the Royals won 8-0 over No. 10 Montreat.
Play resumes on Wednesday at 9 am with an elimination game.

If only one 'if necessary' game is needed, it will be played at 11 am with the championship game at 3 pm. If both 'if necessary games are needed, the games will be played at 11 am, 2 pm, and 6 pm.
