Bio
Nate Shadoan serves as the inaugural head men’s volleyball coach at Johnson University, bringing head coaching experience from Emmanuel University and assistant stops at Bryan College, Lee University, and Union University.
An Appalachian Athletic Conference Assistant Coach of the Year, Shadoan helped lead championship teams at Bryan and brings a strong background in player development, recruiting, and program building. A former team captain at Bryan College, he is committed to building a culture centered on accountability, work ethic, and holistic student-athlete development.
