KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals played Bluefield in what was the second game of back to back days playing for them, where they defeated the Rams, 97-91.
Miles Long had an incredible performance, scoring a career high 43 points to lead the Royals offense. Coby Jones also impressed with 32 points of his own. The Royals were led on the boards by Calvin Quehl who had 12 rebounds.
The Royals will look to take the momentum from this game and build on it in their next matchup, when they host Tennessee Wesleyan on 1/11 for another AAC showdown.
