KNOXVILLE, TN- The Johnson University Men's Soccer Team secured an impressive 7-0 win against Campbellsville University Harrodsburg on October 7, 2024, at home. The Royals took control early, scoring six goals in the first half and adding another in the second to seal the victory.
Forward Robert Platt led the charge with a hat trick, scoring three goals and assisting on two others. Platt opened the scoring just four minutes into the match, adding his second at the 10-minute mark and completing the hat trick in the 30th minute. Noah Pifer, Pedro Gil Peñarroya, Jacob Anderson, and Jean Bah also contributed goals, with Anderson and Bah scoring their first of the season.
Goalkeeper Tobias Chileef recorded a clean sheet, making two saves across 90 minutes. The Royals outshot Campbellsville Harrodsburg 26-3, showing dominance on both sides of the ball.
