Royals Fall to Second Half Barrage from Tennessee Wesleyan

KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals traveled to take on AAC opponent Tennessee Wesleyan on 9/13, where they lost to the Bulldogs 3-5.

Entering halftime, the match was tied 2-2, but a second-half onslaught from the Bulldogs put the Royals at a deficit they could not recover from. The Royals were outshot 24-11 in total on the day.

Pedro Gil, Alberto Guerrero, and Dylan Halliburton all scored for the Royals. 

Kaleb Craig had 9 saves on the day.

The Royals will look to bounce back on 9/16, when they host Pikeville in another AAC matchup.
