Late Equalizer Leads to Royals Tie vs. Bears

KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals hosted AAC opponent Pikeville on 9/16, where they tied the Bears 2-2. 

The Royals held a 2-0 lead in the 2nd half, but a late equalizer from the Bears resulted in a tie.

The Royals outshot the Bears 28-13 on the day.

Hal Leighton had 8 saves for the Royals. 

Alberto Guerrero and Dylan Cornett netted the goals for the Royals.

The Royals play again on 9/20, when they host another AAC opponent in Union.
