Royals Receive 2023 USMC/AVCA Team Academic Award

KNOXVILLE, Tn- The Royals have been awarded the 2023 USMC/AVCA Team Academic Award.

The award, initiated in the 1992–93 academic year, honors volleyball teams that maintain a year-long GPA of 3.3 on a 4.0 scale or 4.1 on a 5.0 scale.

This marks the second straight year the Royals have received this award, and the 3rd overall, as they received the award in 2020 as an NCCAA member.
